Dan Marchiando
Mortgage Loan Professional Serving All of California!

Dan Marchiando does not offer cookie-cutter solutions. When a client comes to him for a loan, he takes the time to educate them and learn their story. Then, in his easy-going manner, he presents them with choices that match their specific circumstances so that they have a loan tailored exactly to their needs.

Dealing with real estate financing comes naturally to Dan. With a passion for figures and finance, and a family background in real estate investment, it’s no wonder that he carved a path for himself in this arena.

After completing a BS in Business Administration and Finance at the University of Southern California (USC), Dan entered the financial services industry in 1981 as a REALTOR®. Later he took over as Co-Owner and Manager of his family’s wholesale nursery business. Then in 2000 his professional path took him into the mortgage industry where he serves clients from all over California, and the U.S.

Growing up on a ranch in rural Goleta, when it was still a largely agricultural community, taught him solid community values of honesty, helpfulness, and service - the same values that influence his dealings with clients today.

Community involvement remains important to Dan: he serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Goleta Valley Historical Society, and as a board member for the La Goleta Scholarship Association. He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Real Estate Finance at Santa Barbara City College, and was a featured guest expert on the Central Coast Business Report on KEYT-TV and on National Debate on KIST radio.

In his spare time you’ll likely find Dan outdoors – skiing with his daughter, running, hiking, backpacking, and exploring new places. He continually challenges himself to learn new skills and set new personal records.
